James Orr Heliski featured in The Telegraph

Posted October 03, 2019 under Canada, Cat Skiing, Press

We were delighted to see our Revelstoke cat and heliskiing group trip featured on The Telegraph website this week:

Ski and Snowboard editor Henry Druce travelled with us to ‘Revy’ in January of last season.  Henry was impressed as the helicopter flew away:

It’s just me, 10 fellow passengers including two guides, and 500,000 acres of heliski-only powder playground before us. Under billowing cotton-wool clouds, serried ranks of mountains stretch away, coated in a thick snow blanket and unblemished by any signs of human habitation.

With a certain birthday on his mind, Henry also felt it was the right time to cross heliskiing off his bucket list:

Heliskiing is the ultimate bucket list experience for any avid skier and snowboarder and, I felt, a fitting way to celebrate turning 50.

You can find out more about arranging a heliskiing trip to Canada here.  You can read Henry’s full article here – and his final recommendation?

There really is no better way to celebrate such a landmark year. In fact, any year!

The article also appears in October’s Telegraph Ski and Snowboard Magazine (and it’s on the cover!):
